What you will do

• Consult internally on compensation matters and synthesize complex data into resolution strategies.
• Benchmark compensation structures against market trends and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Investigate job classification and exemption questions to support compliance and equity.
• Conduct job evaluations and participate in compensation-related special studies.
• Support annual salary, incentive, and bonus review programs.
• Develop compensation strategies aligned with long-range organizational objectives, including sales incentives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with compensation plans, compensation structures, and data analysis.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
