Salary: $132,700β$175,120 USD annually.

What you will do
- Design and structure sales incentive compensation plans, including OTE splits, quotas, accelerators, and plan mechanics.
- Calculate earned commissions for sales representatives each period and manage exception and dispute resolution.
- Administer the Spiff incentive compensation management platform, maintain plans, troubleshoot calculations, and generate accurate statements.
- Own plan documentation, e-signature routing, completion tracking, BambooHR uploads, and the full compensation planning cycle.
- Analyze plan attainment and effectiveness and recommend improvements to sales leadership.
- Partner with FP&A, RevOps, Data Science, PeopleOps, Sales, and Customer Success leadership on quotas, territories, benchmarking, governance, and communication.
Requirements
- Deep experience owning sales compensation incentive plan design and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Spiff, Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or a similar incentive compensation management platform.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, including experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain compensation mechanics to representatives and executives.
- Experience handling sensitive, detail-heavy work involving disputes, exceptions, and payroll-adjacent data with accuracy and discretion.
- Experience supporting a Sales Compensation Committee or similar governance body.
