Service Delivery Executive (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Virtual Office; willingness to travel required

Estimated salary range: $117,600–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Advise hospital and health system executives on strategic priorities and performance improvement opportunities.
• Apply clinical, operational, quality, utilization, cost, market, and supply analytics to develop actionable recommendations.
• Identify system-level and hospital-level opportunities and translate insights into measurable improvement initiatives.
• Develop, execute, measure, and sustain plans addressing quality of care, capacity and throughput, length of stay, workforce productivity, utilization, and cost performance.
• Increase client adoption and engagement with hirify.global analytics and service offerings while strengthening satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, data, advisory, and account teams, including support for sales efforts and opportunity pipeline development.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare quality improvement, performance improvement, operations, or healthcare strategy, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to use operational and quality data to develop strategic recommendations and drive measurable improvement.
• Experience presenting to and advising hospital and health system C-suite leaders.
• Ability to interpret and apply clinical, operational, quality, utilization, cost, market, and supply chain data.
• Relevant degree preferred; willingness to travel required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of healthcare performance measures such as length of stay, capacity and throughput, workforce productivity, and overtime.
• Performance improvement leadership, healthcare strategy, and project management experience.
• Acute care healthcare experience.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification.
