Location: Remote in the United States; occasional travel required.

Salary: $133,120–$249,600 per year in the US; a separate Canadian range of $118,480–$194,381 per year is also listed, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and own the end-to-end architecture for SharePoint-based training and enablement content platforms.
• Define site structures, taxonomies, metadata models, permissions, lifecycle standards, and governance workflows.
• Apply AI capabilities such as content tagging, search optimization, summarization, recommendations, and content quality insights.
• Lead SharePoint implementation, configuration, workflows, and integrations with LMS, CRM, and enablement platforms.
• Partner with IT, enablement, L&D, Marketing, and business stakeholders to align architecture, security, privacy, and data management.
• Support adoption through documentation, playbooks, templates, onboarding materials, and continuous platform optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and architecting SharePoint-based content or knowledge management systems.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, metadata, taxonomy design, and content governance.
• Experience applying AI or automation to content management, search, or knowledge systems.
• Ability to translate business and learning requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
