Senior Salesforce & Integration Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: New York, New York, United States; office-based 4 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Own Salesforce and CPQ customization, including LWCs, Apex classes, triggers, flows, and custom objects.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ business logic for amendments, product configuration, pricing, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, downgrades, and product churn.
• Partner with implementation firms and review integrations connecting Salesforce CPQ with NetSuite and other revenue operations tools.
• Own integration architecture, including field mappings, error handling, retry logic, monitoring, and middleware-agnostic data models.
• Manage Git-based release processes across development, QA, UAT, and production using Gearset, Copado, or equivalent tools.
• Document architecture decisions, integration flows, field mappings, edge cases, and technical standards while collaborating with RevOps, Finance, Sales, and the Salesforce Architect.

Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience with amendment flows, product configuration, pricing rules, and renewal logic.
• Strong Apex development skills, including clean, testable code and test classes with at least 90% coverage.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations for ERP consumption using middleware such as Celigo, Workato, Boomi, or an equivalent platform.
• Practical experience with Gearset, Copado, or an equivalent Git-based deployment tool, including branching and environment management.
• Working knowledge of the NetSuite data model and how incorrect integration data affects revenue and billing systems.
• Awareness of Salesforce AI tooling, including Agentforce, Einstein, and AI-augmented workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Experience working with third-party implementation partners and enforcing shared release standards.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code with Salesforce APIs and MCP.
