Senior Compensation Consultant

What you will do

• Support annual compensation reviews, survey submissions, bonus modeling, and salary increase budget analyses.
• Consult on internal and external job offers to align starting pay with candidate competencies.
• Maintain accurate compensation and job data in Workday HRIS, approving compensation adjustments and job changes.
• Evaluate job leveling, competitive value, FLSA designations, market pricing, and internal equity.
• Participate in base pay, incentive pay, and long-term incentive program design and administration.
• Partner with business leaders by providing compensation analysis, advice, training, and educational materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related functional experience.
• At least 5 years of compensation experience, preferably including consulting experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of compensation principles, survey data, market analysis, and merit budgeting.
• Intermediate knowledge of short- and long-term incentive plan design.
• Advanced Excel and intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Workday HRIS knowledge is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or similar certification.
