What you will do

• Manage and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Create comprehensive financial plans and provide personalized investment advice using hirify.global tools.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads into clients, and generate referrals through networking.
• Use credit and investment solutions to deliver needs-based advice and support client goals.
• Build community connections through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or four years of relevant experience.
• Current Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID) accreditation in good standing.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, business development, and financial advising skills.
• For Quebec roles, current AMF licensing, CIFC or CSC completion, and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) credentials are required.
