Location: Pottstown, Pennsylvania, United States; office-based work required

Salary: $126,500–$192,750 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex development programs and mentor project and program management professionals.
• Use historical program and project data to support decisions, define tools, and improve processes.
• Coordinate master scheduling, supply planning, production control, and supply chain activities to support customer demand and delivery commitments.
• Create and assess monthly financial reports across multiple programs, explain trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze customer accounts, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and business development inputs to support operational execution.
• Coordinate product transitions, obsolescence, introductions, and changes with product lifecycle management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience planning large, complex programs involving five or more concurrent projects.
• Proficiency in statistics, forecasting methods, metrics, financial analysis, and operational impact assessment.
• Experience developing organizational processes, reporting critical information, mentoring others, and guiding managers of complex programs.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected individual with asylee or refugee status; U.S. citizenship is required for some positions.

Nice to have

• MS in Engineering or an MBA.
• APICS training.
• Experience defending estimates with metrics and identifying root causes.
