Field Training Manager - Canada (Field Based)

Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada; field-based work with travel throughout Canada required. Approximately 50% travel is expected. Relocation is not required.

Salary: CAD 121,200–155,800 annually.

What you will do

• Identify ongoing training needs with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Customer Care, Reimbursement, and field leadership.
• Develop and deliver training modules, workshops, onboarding programs, and ongoing professional development for commercial and inside sales teams.
• Coach sales and clinical personnel through field co-travels, reviews, coaching reports, and constructive performance feedback.
• Improve product knowledge, diabetes and insulin pump expertise, clinical selling skills, and field effectiveness.
• Support CASE training and annual training and development objectives.
• Manage training reports and maintain accurate employee development records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of field sales experience, including 5 years of clinical or sales training experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong diabetes disease-state and insulin pump knowledge.
• Leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and critical deadlines.
• PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Nice to have

• Professional education, coaching, or training certifications.
• French and English bilingual proficiency.
