Trust Operations Specialist II - Asset Valuations

Location: Fully onsite at the Denver office, 1801 California Street, Suite 800, Denver, CO 80202

Salary: $23.98–$29.00 per hour, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Post trust-accounting transactions accurately for trusts, agency accounts, estates, conservatorships, and IRAs.
• Manage cash movements, trust cash DDA accounts, daily cash sweeps, and related trades.
• Prepare and upload ACH files, send outgoing wires, and produce and mail trust checks.
• Process updates to contact masters, account masters, remittances, and ticklers in the trust accounting system.
• Complete biweekly FinCEN reporting and maintain compliance with applicable banking regulations and policies.
• Coach, mentor, or train colleagues and contribute as a subject matter expert when requested.

Requirements

• Five years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong analytical and critical-reasoning abilities.
• Effective time and project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other applicable requirements.
