Technical Account Manager - Las Vegas (IGT Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, discovery, capacity planning, and modernization initiatives.
• Design secure, scalable, highly available customer environments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead large-scale migrations, platform upgrades, infrastructure implementations, and stabilization efforts.
• Provide technical leadership for networking, cybersecurity, vulnerability remediation, identity management, and compliance assessments.
• Own major incident escalations, corrective action plans, executive communications, and customer-facing technical strategy discussions.
• Develop reusable automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve deployment consistency, monitoring, observability, and support efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments and 7+ years leading technical implementations or infrastructure projects.
• Expertise with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux platforms, Microsoft SQL Server, enterprise networking, virtualization, infrastructure troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Ability to influence technical strategy without direct authority and communicate effectively in written, verbal, and executive presentation settings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and security clearances.
• Availability for a 24/7/365 on-call rotation, after-hours support, major incident response, project cutovers, and up to 25% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
• Knowledge of ITIL, change management, problem management, CMDB, and service reliability engineering.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL high availability and disaster recovery, T-SQL, replication, VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, SAN, NAS, Ceph, and enterprise networking technologies.
