Production Planner II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Analyze inventory levels and raw material availability to maintain production continuity.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams on the timely arrival of critical materials.
• Monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Adjust production plans to reflect demand changes and production issues, collaborating with MRB teams to resolve line problems.
• Track safety stock, fill rate, past-due orders, and revenue metrics while driving continuous improvement in planning and control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production planning or a related area.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
