  • Working knowledge of manufacturing material flow, inventory control, and work-in-process management.
  • Ability to read work orders, bills of material, pick lists, labels, travelers, and other production documentation.
  • Familiarity with ERP, MRP, MES, or inventory management systems, including inventory transactions and material traceability.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and issue-escalation skills in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements for space technology work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in electronics, aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of ESD controls, FOD prevention, and nonconforming material handling.
  • Experience with production work cells, point-of-use replenishment, barcode scanners, handheld devices, or electronic manufacturing documentation.
  • Associate degree, technical certification, vocational training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hands-on, interactive, and autonomous work in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
