Senior Java Software Engineer (Spanish Language)

What you will do

• Develop scalable backend features for a simulation and prediction platform supporting a global fashion retailer.
• Build and maintain Java and Spring microservices with reliable real-time prediction and data-processing capabilities.
• Implement integrations with messaging systems, REST APIs, and data-storage solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA specialists, stakeholders, and Spanish-speaking clients on requirements, architecture, and delivery priorities.
• Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Contribute to technical decisions, documentation, and continuous improvement of system design.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, relational databases, and Mongo.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems, REST APIs, and OpenAPI.
• Experience with microservices, real-time data processing, and scalable application design.
• Knowledge of testing tools and practices, plus familiarity with Maven, Webpack, Grafana, Graylog, and SonarQube.
• Understanding of SOLID, GRASP, and domain-driven design principles.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English and fluent Spanish are required for communication with global teams, clients, and stakeholders.
