Marketing Specialist (B2B)

What you will do

• Adapt and execute global multichannel marketing campaigns across EMEA for the Health & Nutrition business.
• Develop regional and country-specific campaigns promoting food, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical ingredients and solutions.
• Create marketing communications for web, social media, email, and offline collateral.
• Support conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and virtual events across EMEA.
• Coordinate invoicing, vendor management, agency relationships, activity tracking, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and improve campaign delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or international marketing.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
• Knowledge of content management systems and CRMs, including Salesforce.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects in a global environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content and web writing, paid and earned media, events, social media, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management and project management software.
• Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industries.
• Additional European language skills.
