Field Exam Analyst - Business Credit (Corporate Finance)

Location: Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX; in-office role with borrower examinations conducted onsite or in a hybrid on-site/remote environment

What you will do

• Lead less complex field examinations of existing and prospective borrowers and support examinations led by other examiners.
• Analyze collateral records and financial reports to assess collateral values and identify weaknesses or deterioration.
• Evaluate accounting system controls, data integrity, management oversight, and borrower accounting personnel.
• Prepare field examination reports and supporting workpapers with findings, variances, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Communicate significant findings and concerns to lending and credit personnel and participate in discussions with borrower representatives.
• Confirm borrowing-base certificate accuracy and compliance with loan approval terms; direct fieldwork when leading an examination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting, financial accounting, financial statement analysis, and generally accepted accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must work in the United States from the Atlanta or Dallas location; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with Asset Based Lending field examinations.
• Knowledge of collateral management, credit decisions, corporate finance, or financial operations.
