What you will do

• Collect and organize financial statements, tax returns, liquidity reports, and collateral documents.
• Prepare initial financial spreads, liquidity analyses, exposure summaries, LTV calculations, and collateral coverage reviews.
• Draft components of credit memoranda and client summaries with support from Analysts and Underwriters.
• Maintain credit files, internal databases, exposure systems, and workflow trackers.
• Coordinate documentation and closing activities with Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Support annual reviews, covenant checks, collateral revaluations, credit meetings, and committee packages.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, credit underwriting, asset-based lending, credit analysis, or credit risk.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and financial statement review.
• High accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and support multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• The position is intended for a 2027 hire.

Nice to have

• Internship or experience in private banking, corporate lending, wealth management, or credit operations.
• Exposure to financial modeling or analysis coursework.
