Corporate Lawyer (Legal Counsel Expert)

What you will do

• Provide legal advice on transactional, compliance, and governance matters.
• Advise Sales on contract risks, commercial solutions, and business-oriented legal approaches.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, addenda, NDAs, termination letters, and other customer-facing documents.
• Maintain contract templates, oversee approval workflows, and coordinate contractual endorsements with insurance brokers.
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess business risks, and recommend required actions.
• Support AI-powered legal technology adoption, train the Americas Sales Team, and coordinate external counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
• 10 years of experience as a U.S. practicing transactional lawyer, including at least 3 years of SaaS negotiations.
• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, contract drafting, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to tailor legal guidance to business stakeholders and external legal representatives.
