Junior DevOps Engineer M365 Apps

Location: Bern, Switzerland; work is possible from a hirify.global office in Switzerland or a home office

What you will do

• Develop, implement, operate, and continuously improve cloud-based technologies and infrastructure.
• Automate deployments and IT processes using CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and modern DevOps tools.
• Implement customer requirements and projects in Microsoft-based systems and further develop customer platforms.
• Operate and enhance endpoint protection and extended detection and response security solutions.
• Support customers, solve complex technical problems, and ensure end-to-end service quality.
• Collaborate in agile and interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions and advance cloud transformation.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, business informatics, or relevant professional experience.
• Professional experience in complex IT environments and client engineering with Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, SCCM, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
• Experience with scripting, GitLab CI/CD, cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
• Very good German and English are required; French is an advantage.
