Senior DevOps Engineer - Platform

Location: Paris or Geneva; primarily in-person collaboration

Salary: €51,000–€76,000 gross annually for Paris

What you will do

• Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily.
• Plan capacity, design runner architecture, and improve platform reliability as workload patterns change.
• Develop GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and improve cluster-state management across environments.
• Advance supply chain security through SAST and artifact attestation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across network, application, and system layers.

Requirements

• Strong Kubernetes experience, including tuning and troubleshooting on-premises Linux systems under real load.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience; GitLab CI experience is beneficial.
• Practical GitOps experience, ideally with ArgoCD.
• Software development skills in Python, Golang, or Rust for building and maintaining infrastructure tooling.
• Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
• DevSecOps and supply chain security experience, plus clear cross-team communication and documentation skills.
