Account Manager - Bilingual Spanish/English (Influencer Marketing)

Location: Remote, with priority given to candidates based in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 OTE (base salary plus bonus) annually.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of influencer marketing clients from onboarding through renewal, supporting adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Provide strategic recommendations, lead strategic business reviews, and deliver campaign wrap reports aligned with client business goals.
• Oversee campaign delivery from kickoff through reporting, including content quality, timelines, KPIs, budgets, contracts, and deliverables.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Delegate execution tasks to Coordinators and Co-Ops while mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Research, and Product teams and communicate customer and influencer feedback internally.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal, with the ability to lead client-facing meetings and deliverables in either language.
• 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media.
• Experience acting as a strategic advisor and connecting recommendations to client business goals.
• Strong project management, communication, relationship management, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• Experience with influencer or marketing platforms and the ability to become proficient in hirify.global Influence.
