TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Monitoring and maintaining infrastructure, troubleshooting failures, and supporting traffic delivery for a product with an accent on Linux administration, cloud platforms, container orchestration, and observability. Focus on resolving infrastructure incidents through runbooks and SOS channels, optimizing DutyOps processes, and automating routine tasks with Bash and Python.
Location: Remote from Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland

What you will do
- Monitor and maintain current infrastructure as part of the DutyOps team.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and failures using team runbooks.
- Monitor product traffic delivery through mirrors and restore service when failures occur.
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve infrastructure incidents in SOS channels.
- Optimize the execution of DutyOps team processes and assigned tasks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Linux administration experience.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, Linux CLI, Nginx proxying, and Git workflows.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana, including configuration, support, and dashboards.
- Experience installing, supporting, and clustering MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes/EKS, and Docker.
- Ability to write simple Bash or Python scripts; experience with Cloudflare or another CDN, NATS, Redis, and Jira.
