Shipping Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Onsite in the United States, Massachusetts; first shift with occasional rotating weekend work

Annual base salary: $18.86–$28.29

What you will do

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and on time.
• Receive, manage, pull, pack, stock, and move materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Enter material transactions into ERP and rate-shopping applications according to standard operating procedures.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate shipment-error corrections with Customer Service.
• Perform cycle counts, housekeeping, safety, maintenance, and outbound-processing activities.
• Support distribution-center workflow while following cGMP procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in distribution, receiving, or manufacturing support is a plus.
• Experience with shipping applications and ERP systems in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and English sufficient to read documentation, follow training materials, and communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and use a pallet jack.
• Must follow ergonomic lifting techniques; forklift operation experience is a plus.
