Order Process/Shipper (Medtech)

Location: Onsite at 4 Enterprise Road, Billerica, Massachusetts. Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.

Salary: $22–$23 per hour.

What you will do

• Pick domestic and international customer orders using handheld barcode scanners and an automated picking system.
• Process internal requisitions and receive inventory from manufacturing and inter-plant shipments.
• Perform cycle counts, location audits, inventory put-away, and FIFO-based material handling.
• Verify orders, package shipments, and prepare bills of lading and other shipping documentation.
• Load shipments with freight carriers and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Label, pack, and manifest dangerous goods shipments while completing end-of-night checklists.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Billerica, Massachusetts.
• At least two years of experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving, delivery, or related work.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend repetitively during an eight-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High accuracy, strong organization, urgency, time management, and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
