What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care while practicing at the top of the license.
• Deliver prevention, wellness, chronic disease management, urgent care, and health education.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Work autonomously with access to clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• Active professional license and current ANCC or AANP certification for Nurse Practitioners, or NCCPA certification for Physician Associates.
• Independent practice experience is preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Federal DEA registration is preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family-practice experience in routine wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits is preferred.
