Solutions Consultant (AI ERP)

Location: New York, NY, USA; collaborative, in-office culture. Relocation support is available for employees moving to New York.

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base per year, plus $30,000–$60,000 uncapped variable compensation and $40,000–$60,000 equity.

DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting workflows from data entry through financial close.

What you will do

• Translate complex accounting workflows into clear product solutions for CFOs and Controllers.
• Lead discovery calls to identify close-process pain points, ERP limitations, and integration requirements.
• Run product demos tailored to prospects’ workflows, data, and success criteria.
• Own technical objections involving integrations, data migration, security, reporting, and architecture trade-offs.
• Build proof-of-concepts and demo environments for different verticals.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize the roadmap using customer insights.

Requirements

• Strong accounting foundation through audit, public accounting, or in-house finance experience at a technology or high-growth company.
• End-to-end understanding of accounting operations, including close, journal entries, approvals, reconciliations, multi-entity accounting, reporting, and controls.
• Deep expertise in one or two complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, inventory, foreign exchange, leases, or consolidation.
• Experience with the CFO systems stack, including ERP, billing, payroll, banking, AP/AR, FP&A, and BI tools.
• Comfort with technical conversations involving integrations, APIs, data imports and migrations, security, and architecture trade-offs.
• Ability to run demos, communicate with CFOs and engineers, and develop scalable Solutions Consultant processes and playbooks.

Nice to have

• Expertise in ASC 606.
• SQL or data/ETL experience.
