Banking Centre Leader II

Location: Fort Nelson, British Columbia, Canada; on-site full-time. The role may require work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives toward exceptional client experiences and stronger client relationships.
• Hire, coach, develop, and support employees while creating a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor banking centre performance, implement action plans, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Support new and existing clients with financial needs including securing their futures, owning homes, and setting up businesses.
• Develop community relationships, advocate for the bank, and identify market opportunities.
• Manage and minimize risks while resolving or escalating client complaints appropriately.

Requirements

• Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to achieve team goals.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Client-first, goal-oriented, accountable, and relationship-focused leadership approach.

Nice to have

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO).
• Branch Managers Examination Course (BME).
• Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials (WME), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification.
