What you will do
- Participate in forecasting sales, costs, and profit.
- Analyze monthly financial results and provide transparency into cost components and business performance.
- Explain budget, forecast, and actual variances and recommend actions to management.
- Control cost centers, expenses, production orders, internal orders, and recovery.
- Support regulatory calculations, including labor rates and overhead costs.
- Review and analyze balance sheet accounts and support other finance areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting and finance analysis experience.
- 3+ years of SAP experience and knowledge.
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required.
- Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and effective communication.
