QMS Coordinator (Food Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Administer the electronic Quality Management System across seven sites, including user accounts, form configurations, approval paths, and system maintenance.
• Deliver eQMS training, troubleshoot system issues, and support site users.
• Manage group-wide policies and technical procedures, including uploads, reviews, and version control.
• Monitor customer and retailer complaint portals, coordinate fulfillment-related investigations, cleanse data, analyze trends, and produce quality reports.
• Support root-cause investigations, maintain the audit calendar and supplier certification tracking, and organize audit documentation.
• Monitor NCR and SCAR actions, escalate risks, support sites during low-resource periods, and coordinate weekly technical update meetings.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Technical Administration, preferably within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proficiency with digital platforms, databases, or electronic Quality Management Systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to train site users and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tracking systems and timelines.
