What you will do
- Administer the electronic Quality Management System across seven sites, including user accounts, forms, approval paths, and system maintenance.
- Train users on core eQMS modules and support site teams with troubleshooting.
- Manage group-wide policies and technical procedures, including uploads, reviews, and version control.
- Monitor customer and retailer complaint portals, coordinate fulfillment investigations, cleanse data, and prepare quality reports.
- Support root-cause analysis investigations and maintain audit calendars, supplier certification records, and audit folders.
- Track NCRs, SCARs, and other corrective actions, escalate risks, and coordinate weekly technical updates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Technical Administration, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Experience with digital platforms, databases, or electronic Quality Management Systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills for training site users and handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tracking systems and timelines.
