What you will do

• Identify and arrange attractive sports events for users within the app.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to resolve user queries.
• Manage betting markets and ensure accurate settlement of user bets.
• Contribute to the design and development of innovative betting products.
• Maintain and optimize the overall user betting experience.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Maths or a relevant field.
• Strong interest or experience in sports and sports betting.
• Knowledge of major UK sports and competitions (Horse Racing is a significant advantage).
• Basic understanding of fixed-odds betting and core principles.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work on a shift-based contract, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
