Junior Sportsbook Operations Executive (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid in London, with three days per week in the Chiswick office and two days working from home. Shift-based coverage includes evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight periods.

What you will do

• Identify and arrange attractive sports events for users to bet on in the app.
• Work with the Customer Experience team to resolve user queries.
• Develop understanding of betting markets and settle user bets.
• Contribute to innovative betting products and maintain a strong user betting experience.

Requirements

• Some experience or strong interest in sports or sports betting.
• Good knowledge of major UK sports and competitions.
• Basic understanding of fixed-odds betting and core betting principles.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working with data and developing analytical skills.
• Graduate degree in Maths or another relevant field, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
