Enrollment Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; Tuesday–Saturday, 12 PM–8 PM ET.

Salary: $50,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Guide prospective patients through the first steps of enrollment and help overcome initial barriers to treatment.
• Engage prospective patients through direct outreach, cold calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Use a patient-centered and trauma-informed approach when guiding patients into care.
• Re-engage prospective patients who have fallen out of contact.
• Track outreach and enrollment data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global’s mission as a member of the Enrollment Team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-, customer-, or patient-facing role, with the ability to build rapport empathetically.
• Comfort with phone outreach, including cold calls and follow-ups.
• Technical savvy and the ability to work across multiple platforms in a remote-first environment.
• Adaptability, proactivity, and motivation to improve systems and processes in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Ability to use metrics to track outreach and enrollment outcomes.
