Senior Provider Onboarding Associate (Medical)

Location: Remote within the United States; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for assigned medical providers from signed offer through their first 30 days seeing patients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, answer questions, and remove onboarding blockers.
• Build and continuously improve onboarding materials and training, including live sessions and asynchronous content.
• Identify process friction, fix operational issues, and prioritize improvements as onboarding volume grows.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics across systems and teams and drive provider activation.
• Track activation rate, time to start, satisfaction, and new-hire experience metrics to guide priorities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience delivering high-touch, high-stakes support to customers, clients, or patients at volume.
• Experience managing cohorts of approximately 50–100+ people is preferred within the described background.
• Strong organizational, communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and build processes from 0 to 1.
• Ability to lead live training, conduct one-to-one conversations, and create effective asynchronous content.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
