Application Developer - Senior (Java)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States — hybrid

What you will do

• Build and deliver high-volume, high-transaction e-commerce applications.
• Develop web applications using Java, Spring, and REST services.
• Improve data access, quality, mapping, and readiness for AI agents, dashboards, and automation.
• Work with NoSQL databases, messaging systems, caching technologies, and containerized environments.
• Collaborate in a small, autonomous team to deliver practical enterprise solutions quickly.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in application delivery or Java-based high-volume e-commerce applications.
• 4+ years of experience building web applications with Java, Spring, and REST.
• Experience with Java, Spring or MuleSoft, Groovy, REST services, Cassandra or MongoDB, Apache Solr, Kafka, MQ or RabbitMQ, Redis or Hazelcast, Git, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
