Senior Software Engineer (C++)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain a low-latency trading platform for global deployment.
• Work across order routing, market data, and risk systems.
• Build and optimize high-availability systems in C++ under tight resource and latency constraints.
• Develop multithreaded software and analyze hardware/software interaction.
• Performance-tune applications, Linux, and socket I/O while troubleshooting complex issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing high-availability systems in C++.
• Strong background in multithreaded programming and hardware/software interaction.
• Advanced performance-tuning and troubleshooting skills across applications, Linux, and socket I/O.
• Experience with C++ libraries including STL and Boost, and familiarity with C++23 standards.
• Experience delivering challenging systems such as custom compilers, matching engines, or real-time large-scale data applications.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in trading or another ultra-low-latency business.
