What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain highly available adaptive trading platforms for CeFi, DeFi, and OTC sources.
• Implement and extend critical components like order management, compliance, exchange connectivity, and market data routing.
• Architect and develop next-generation real-time trading infrastructure in a Linux environment.
• Manage global trading system operations, including troubleshooting and debugging performance issues.
• Collaborate closely with traders and business departments to implement and iterate on new trading ideas.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the professional growth of the engineering team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience implementing infrastructure for high-volume, low-latency trading in prop firms or hedge funds.
• Strong background in C# or modern C++ (>= 11) within a Linux environment.
• Proven track record of building performant, distributed, and optimized systems.
• Proficiency with meta programming, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Experience with Kafka, FIX protocols, and Cloud infrastructure.
• Proactive communication skills with the ability to navigate technical disagreements and commit to solutions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) or Portfolio Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience with exchange connectivity or high-volume OTC trading.
