What you will do

• Design, coordinate, implement, and audit network security controls across a hybrid compute environment.
• Collaborate with security, technology, and trading teams to deploy solutions that protect systems while supporting trading performance.
• Design and maintain resilient, scalable trading infrastructure and reduce network risks through micro-segmentation and port-based security.
• Evaluate and implement firewalls, network detection and response, intrusion prevention systems, and VPN concentrators.
• Analyze network packet captures to investigate security incidents and identify improvement areas.
• Automate security operations and use AI and emerging technologies to improve event detection and response.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with firewalls, client VPNs, SASE, NDR, and IDS solutions.
• Strong understanding of TCP, UDP, IP, the OSI model, and Layer 1/2/3 principles.
• Ability to script and code to automate processes and reduce repetitive work.
• Ability to design, implement, and support advanced network security systems.
• Clear communication skills for translating complex technical insights into actionable strategies.
• Availability for on-call duties, including nights and weekends.
