Analytics Engineer Middle+ (DWH)

Location: Worldwide; remote work or work from one of the offices. Relocation support is available to hubs in Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product, risk, and other domain teams to translate data needs into structured ETL requirements.
• Analyze raw and processed data sources and identify effective integration points.
• Design logical data models and support the implementation of scalable ETL pipelines and data marts.
• Coordinate and optimize data flows between domain processes and core DWH components.
• Document data lineage, integration points, and business rules in the DWH knowledge base.
• Promote consistent data practices and a strong data culture among analysts.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries.
• Understanding of data analysis techniques, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, organizational, and independent-work skills.
• English at B1 level or higher for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Experience with DWH or banking.
• Knowledge of dbt and Airflow.
• Understanding of Data Vault principles.
• Knowledge of Spanish.
