Material Coordinator (Night Shift)

Location: US-CO-Frederick; onsite, Monday–Friday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM

Salary: $24.54–$38.34 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Stage and transfer GMP materials from the warehouse to manufacturing areas according to production schedules.
• Record material movements in SAP and maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
• Participate in inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production-support areas.
• Support tanker and waste offloads using appropriate PPE.
• Prepare products, materials, and supplies for shipment according to packaging requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma with relevant education, specialized training, certification, or equivalent experience.
• Hazardous-waste handling and DOT/IATA certification required.
• Experience using computer software, including SAP and Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of GMP and cGMP manufacturing processes, API and drug-product regulations, OSHA, and local safety guidelines.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, technical procedures, regulations, schedules, and operating instructions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve practical problems, and work effectively both independently and in a team.
