Location: Must be based in Colombia. Ability to travel internationally (up to 25%) is required.

What you will do

• Facilitate business process reviews to identify and document customer requirements.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce designs using best practices and declarative configuration.
• Develop technical specifications for delivery teams and oversee solution implementation.
• Lead enterprise-level project deployments, including integration with legacy systems.
• Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative, AI-powered customer solutions.
• Manage project communications, end-user training, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical consulting and project management role.
• 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration, specifically Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com.
• Proven ability to own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Full English proficiency is required.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics.
• Current Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, Platform Developer, etc.).
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
