Salesforce Solution Architect (Service Cloud)

What you will do

• Review business processes and translate customer requirements into Salesforce solution designs.
• Configure and deliver Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using declarative best practices.
• Prepare technical requirements and specifications for customers and delivery teams.
• Lead enterprise Salesforce projects, including deployments, releases, integrations, and multi-environment management.
• Manage project delivery, customer communications, end-user training, and documentation.
• Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on technical consulting and project management experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com.
• Expertise in designing Service Cloud solutions with Salesforce declarative configuration.
• Experience with enterprise deployments, Salesforce APIs, legacy-system integrations, original code development, and the full SDLC.
• Full English proficiency, ability to work remotely from Colombia, and willingness to travel internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics.
• Current Salesforce certifications, with multiple certifications preferred.
• Ability to improve business processes using Salesforce and build customer credibility.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical degree, or equivalent experience.
