Senior Project Manager (CoE)

hirify.global's PM Practice (CoE) delivers complex and strategically important client engagements through senior project leadership.

What you will do

• Lead complex engagements across the full lifecycle, from pre-sale and initiation through execution, closure, and lessons learned.
• Own delivery outcomes and business value realization for fixed-price, outcome-based, and other high-accountability projects.
• Define engagement governance, including scope baselines, change control, reporting, escalations, and communication frameworks.
• Align client executives, internal leadership, delivery teams, and account stakeholders on priorities, decisions, and expectations.
• Establish delivery methodologies, SDLC strategies, and AI-assisted delivery practices tailored to project objectives.
• Manage risks, performance metrics, budgets, forecasts, invoicing, profitability, staffing, and account growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience across multiple project types, engagement models, and business domains.
• Experience delivering fixed-price or outcome-based engagements with contract values exceeding USD 2M and involving multiple teams or delivery models.
• Experience leading large-scale engagements with teams of 30+ FTE.
• Expertise in scope management, change control, governance, risk management, financial planning, and delivery performance management.
• Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle and practical experience with AI-assisted or agentic delivery approaches.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint; strong upper-intermediate English or higher is required.
