Crypto Associate Relationship Manager - Electronic Trading (Crypto)

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annual base salary, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day counterparty-facing operations for the electronic trading platform, including configurations, entitlements, limits, and controls.
• Analyze counterparty flow, hit rates, and platform performance to improve win rates, revenue capture, and flow quality.
• Participate in commercial discussions and gather and share counterparty and market feedback.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for electronic trading issues and coordinate resolutions with Onboarding, Operations, Treasury, development, traders, and regional relationship managers.
• Develop tailored counterparty solutions with Senior Relationship Managers, including presentations and supporting materials.
• Generate and communicate cross-market macro and micro insights across spot and options markets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in institutional client coverage, sales, or relationship management, including trading relationship discussions.
• Knowledge of electronic trading systems and workflows, including FIX and API protocols, vendor platforms, OEMS, and trading software.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a real-time trading environment while managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Passion for crypto and an understanding of digital asset market structure, options, and forward strategies.
• Technical proficiency in Python and Java; familiarity with Git, SQL, and Linux is desirable.
• Fluent English is required, along with strong written, verbal, presentation, and PowerPoint skills.
