Lead Implementation Specialist (Financial Analytics)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Norwalk, San Francisco, or Toronto. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 in New York City, Connecticut, and California; $120,000–$160,000 CAD in Toronto. Ranges may differ by location or country.

What you will do

• Deploy and enhance hirify.global analytics and performance solutions through client implementations and optimization projects.
• Provide functional and technical guidance for customer workflows and solution design.
• Create user workflow specifications, custom report specifications, and requirements for technical integration staff.
• Analyze client organizational structures and workflows to identify implementation improvements and additional opportunities.
• Partner with Product Development and Engineering to improve hirify.global products and user experiences.
• Deliver user training, support training-program development, and prepare client-facing transition communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical or scientific discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience working with hirify.global Analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of performance workflows and how clients use hirify.global Analytics and Performance Solutions.
• Strong technical background, including proven ability to write complex screening code.
• Detail-oriented approach, initiative, ownership, and ability to see both the details and the broader picture.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or another relevant industry certification.
