What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary software solutions across the firm.
• Build exchange-data decoders that translate raw packet data into accessible formats.
• Develop normalizers that construct instrument order books from decoded exchange data.
• Create applications that support communication about executed trades with the compliance team.
• Research large data sets using statistical analytics and data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with software developers, quantitative traders, researchers, and business analysts.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science discipline.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Exposure to network programming, multithreaded applications, computational intelligence, algorithms, real-time programming, or GUI programming.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong software development skills in C++ or C and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
