operates a global Risk Technology team developing and maintaining trading risk platforms.
What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain the trading risk platform.
- Develop systems for trade capture, position management, profit/loss computation, inventory and locate management, and internal order routing.
- Process, propagate, and store rapidly changing datasets across live and historical trading scenarios.
- Contribute to the transition toward a service-oriented architecture.
- Collaborate with a global engineering team while maintaining a strong focus on engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject.
- 4+ years of C++ development experience on Linux.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Nice to have
- Experience with scalable large-scale, distributed systems, or service-oriented architecture.
- Experience optimizing code for high-performance applications.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, AMPS, or QPID.
- Experience with Python, Bash, or Q/KDB.
