Technical Program Manager, Security & Privacy (AI Robotics)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; 5 days per week in-office

Salary: $150,000–$350,000 annually

What you will do

• Support security and privacy engineers by fostering growth, innovation, and collaboration.
• Set the vision for data and access governance in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop the security and privacy program and coordinate implementation of controls across the business.
• Integrate security, privacy, and data protection principles into products, services, and operations.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and frameworks for data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Review requirements from industry standards and support SOC, NIST, and ISO certification efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading teams and large-scale programs.
• Experience building and driving programs affecting all parts of a business.
• Ability to advocate for and influence strategic company-level initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise controls, SDLC, machine learning, cryptography, data protection, and network security.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, DSA, SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, ISO/TR 22100-4, and IEC/TR 63074, plus a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
