Salary: $60,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Manage inbound client and advisor inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high client satisfaction and timely issue escalation.
• Support fund managers in fundraising efforts by assisting clients through subscription processes and managing fund closings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience on the hirify.global platform.
• Assist senior management with special projects supporting business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations within alternative investments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and wealth management firms preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage phone queue during operating hours 8:30am-6:00pm MST.
• Location: Must work from Salt Lake City office Monday-Thursday with remote work allowed on Friday.
