Senior Client Cash Management Representative

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 base salary per year plus annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for client cash management inquiries and the first escalation point for client cash representatives.
• Research and resolve complex cash inquiries while coordinating with client service, treasury, funds transfer, corporate actions, and other internal teams.
• Review daily cash deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion and client delivery.
• Support resource management, cross-training, staff coverage, and onboarding of less experienced representatives.
• Identify process improvements and use BBH systems, tools, and cash products to improve productivity.
• Maintain client documentation, procedures, and controls while escalating sensitive risk issues.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of global custody experience.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of cash projections, cash availability, day-to-day transactions, and client deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and accurately under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Technical proficiency and willingness to learn new tasks.

• Experience with global cash and foreign exchange markets.
• Knowledge of BBH systems and products.
