Product Manager (AI/Code)

What you will do

• Lead product strategy for the Code area across Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform.
• Set the vision and goals for keeping design and code in sync.
• Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows, including quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability.
• Guide code-context systems and translation primitives powering agentic workflows and round-tripping between design and code.
• Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire an additional Product Manager, and raise the standard of product management practice.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and research leaders on technical product decisions and adoption goals for MCP and design-to-code workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, including hiring, calibration, and talent development.
• Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products, running evaluations, owning annotation pipelines, and making ship/no-ship decisions on model behavior.
• Experience setting strategy and executing major initiatives amid significant technical and product ambiguity.
• Experience working with enterprise customers to understand workflows and turn them into shipped products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and written communication skills, with enough technical depth to contribute credibly to engineering reviews and senior-stakeholder discussions.
