Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid work with 2 office days per week. Remote work from abroad is supported under company policy.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision for a strategic use case, including regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience.
• Research customer and competitor solutions, define requirements, identify product gaps, and set the roadmap from parity to leadership.
• Engage buyers, program owners, co-development accounts, customers, and prospects to validate problems and solutions.
• Use AI prototyping tools, LLM APIs, and lightweight services to test assumptions and demonstrate possible solutions.
• Work with engineering, product teams, tribes, and squads to drive delivery across product and platform areas.
• Define success measures, support go-to-market with strategic use case leads and commercial teams, and lead persist, pivot, or stop decisions.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of experience, including end-to-end ownership of a meaningful product area in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Demonstrated business and customer outcomes from owned products.
• Technical fluency sufficient to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent scripting language.
• AI-native working practices integrated into discovery, analysis, prototyping, instrumentation, and communication.
• Comfort working in a regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domain, or the ability to learn such a domain quickly.
• Strong problem framing and communication skills, with the ability to provide recommendations and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design.
• Fluent English as the primary working language.
