Director, Product Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the development of AI and data-driven digital products through iterative, value-focused delivery.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities focused on experimentation, learning, and measurable business value.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and users to test hypotheses, gather feedback, and refine product direction.
• Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, short delivery cycles, fast feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
• Lead user stories, solution designs, and wireframes based on user-centered design principles.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate trade-offs and outcomes, and ensure solutions are scalable and extensible.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong product management experience focused on end-to-end solution delivery, agile methodologies, and iterative development.
• Proven success launching digital products and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Deep understanding of lean product development, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments where speed and adaptability are critical.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for aligning diverse stakeholders around product goals and outcomes.
• Ability to lead without authority through ambiguity and deliver high-impact solutions quickly.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s degree in strategy, innovation, or a related field.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Lean Startup methodologies.
• Experience with design thinking, prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch, and analytics platforms.
• Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries, including experience navigating compliance in digital product delivery.
